Order Changes
We are unable to accept customer-initiated changes to an order once it has been placed.
If you wish to make changes, please cancel/return the original order and place a new one.
For instructions, please refer to “Cancellations” and “Returns” below.
Once an order enters the shipping preparation stage, cancellation may not be possible.
In such cases, please accept delivery of the product and then request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that upon canceling/returning an order and placing a new one:
● The product may go out of stock.
● Promotional campaigns may have ended.
● Discounts, coupons, or special offers may no longer be available.
● The same requested delivery date/time may not be available.
Cancellations
Before Shipment
● For standard orders, processing begins immediately after confirmation, and cancellations are generally not possible.
● For pre-orders or orders with a scheduled delivery date, cancellation may be possible if sufficient time remains before shipping.
● Please contact us through our [Inquiry Form] and select “Order Cancellation/Return” as the inquiry type.
● Please note that if shipping preparations have already begun, cancellation may not be possible.
● Cancellations are not processed on weekends and holidays.
● Made-to-order or non-returnable products cannot be canceled, even if not yet shipped.
After Shipment / If No Response to Cancellation Request
● If the item arrives, please accept delivery first and then contact us via our [Inquiry Form].
● We will provide details on the return process separately.
Returns
Return Eligibility
● Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and unopened.
● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
● Some products (e.g., made-to-order or designated non-returnable items) cannot be returned, even if unopened.
How to Request a Return
1.Contact us through our [Inquiry Form] and provide your order number and the reason for return.
2.Our Customer Support team will reply with detailed return instructions.
(Replies are sent on business days only; weekends and holidays are excluded.)
3.Once we confirm your reply, please ship the item back to us.
We cannot accept returned items without prior contact.
4.After receiving the item, we will process the cancellation/return within 5 business days.
Refund Methods
● Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days by your payment provider. Depending on the billing cycle, the refund may be reflected within the same month or the following month.
Return Period
● Only orders for which we receive a return request within 30 days of delivery are eligible.
● After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted for any reason.
Customer-Initiated Returns & Refunds
● Unopened Items: Full refund of the product price (including tax).
● Opened Items: Refunds cannot be issued.
● Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where otherwise specified.
● Shipping fees, handling fees, and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable, regardless of product condition.
Items Considered “Opened”
● Manufacturer’s original packaging has been opened or damaged.
Example: Shrink wrap seal removed, or unopened tape seal broken.
● Any signs of use are visible on the product itself.
Exchanges
Eligibility
We will provide free repair or exchange for defective products within the warranty period, when the defect occurs under normal use.
If the same product is not available due to production or inventory circumstances, we may provide an equivalent replacement product instead.
How to Request an Exchange

2.Our Customer Support team will provide detailed instructions for repair or exchange.

Company-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel an order in the following cases:
● Payment authorization could not be obtained from your payment provider.
● Orders returned to us due to extended absence, incorrect address, or missed carrier storage deadlines.
● Any other case where we deem cancellation necessary.
