Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item is unused and unopened.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return

Fill out the required fields, including your order number and the reason for return.
2.Our Customer Support team will respond with detailed return instructions.
(Replies are sent on business days only; weekends and holidays are excluded.)
3.After confirming our reply, please ship the item back to us.
We cannot accept returned items without prior contact. Please make sure to contact us first.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your cancellation/return within 5 business days.
Refund timing and method may vary depending on your original payment method.
Refund Methods
● Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days by your payment provider.
● Depending on your card company’s billing cycle, the refund may be offset within the same month or reflected in the following month.
Return Eligibility Period
● Only orders for which we receive a return request within 30 days of delivery are eligible.
● After 30 days from delivery, returns cannot be accepted for any reason.
● Please note that certain items (e.g., made-to-order or non-returnable products) are not eligible, even if unopened.
Customer-Initiated Returns & Refunds
● Unopened Items: Full refund of the product price (including tax).
● Opened Items: Refunds cannot be issued.
● Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where otherwise specified.
Shipping fees, handling fees, and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable, regardless of product condition.
● An item will be considered “opened” if:
Manufacturer’s packaging has been opened or damaged.
(Example: Shrink wrap seal removed, or unopened tape seal broken.)
There are any visible signs of use on the product itself.
